Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
We do not currently offer gift-wrapping services. However, every order is thoughtfully packed for a clean and pleasant unboxing experience.

Are your plants and plant accessories suitable for outdoor use year-round?
Many of our plants and accessories are suitable for both indoor and outdoor settings. However, we recommend checking each item’s product description and bringing delicate decor or tropical plants indoors during harsh weather conditions.
Do you offer customized or personalized plant decor?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the U.S. usually takes 5–7 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?

What should I do if my plant or item arrives damaged?
